FORMED PLASTIC SIGN FACES have been a popular choice for years.
The face is vacuum formed to a depth of 1.5 - 2", which adds a level of surface dimension. Embossed lettering and graphics can literally stand out for a bolder look.
Vacuum formed polycarbonate sign faces are more durable than those made from acrylic or flat plastic. Embossing and ribbing techniques improve strength, which is important when a sign must stand up to high winds.
Solar grade polycarbonate also prevents "yellowing" which often occurs 3-4 years after installation using acrylic. You may order white pan faces and apply translucent vinyl or you may order clear faces with the artwork sprayed on back in translucent paints.
